SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

At Moodymidnight, we are dedicated to delivering the most comfortable sleepwear and loungewear directly to your doorstep. We partner with premium global carriers to ensure your package arrives safely and on time.
Please read our policy carefully to understand our processing times, shipping estimates, and customs protocols.
1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Before your order is shipped, it undergoes a verification and quality check process.
- Standard Processing Time: 1 β 3 Business Days.
- Peak Season (Nov-Dec): 3 β 5 Business Days due to high volume.
Note: Processing time is separate from the shipping time. You will receive a "Shipment Confirmation" email with your tracking number as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
2. DELIVERY PARTNERS & ESTIMATED TIMELINES
We partner with premium global logistics providers to ensure the most efficient delivery route for your order. The final delivery to your doorstep is typically handled by your country's local postal service.

- Business Days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- For orders to remote areas or during holiday seasons, please allow an additional 2-5 days.
- Note: While we primarily use these carriers, we reserve the right to use other premium partners to ensure your package arrives fastest depending on your specific location.
3. SHIPPING COSTS
We believe in transparency. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value.
- Standard Insured Shipping: Starts at $4.95 (US/UK/AU) and $6.95 (CA/CH).
- Free Priority Shipping: Available for orders over $75 USD (US/UK/AU) or $100 USD (CA/CH).
4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES (IMPORTANT)
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination. Moodymidnight is not responsible for these additional charges.
π¬π§ United Kingdom
- Orders under Β£135: VAT is typically collected at checkout.
- Orders over Β£135: Import VAT and Customs Duty are not included and must be paid by the customer to the carrier upon delivery.
π¨π Switzerland & π¨π¦ Canada
- DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid): We ship to Switzerland and Canada on a DDU basis. This means product prices do not include local taxes and duties.
- You may be required to pay import VAT and administrative fees to your local postal service (e.g., Swiss Post, Canada Post) to receive your package.
Policy on Refused Shipments: If you refuse a shipment due to unexpected customs fees, the package will be abandoned or returned. We do not refund the original shipping charges, and we reserve the right to deduct a 20% restocking fee and return shipping costs from your refund.
5. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
- You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
- Tracking Updates: Please allow 2-4 days for the tracking information to update in the system. It is normal for the tracking to show "Label Created" or "Pre-shipment" status while the package is moving from our international distribution center to the final mile carrier.
6. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Moodymidnight is not liable for packages that are confirmed as "Delivered" by the carrier but are reported lost or stolen.
- If your tracking status says "Delivered," please check with your neighbors, building manager, or local post office.
- For packages lost in transit (no tracking update for over 45 days), we will offer a free replacement or a full refund immediately.
7. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at support@moodymidnight.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
