RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At moodymidnight, we want you to feel comfortable and happy in our sleepwear. We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.  

1. ELIGIBILITY & CONDITION (IMPORTANT FOR CLOTHING)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.  

• Unworn & Unwashed: Items must not have been worn (except for a quick try-on), washed, or altered in any way.  

• Hygiene: For hygiene reasons, sleepwear must be free of stains, odors (perfume, smoke, etc.), or pet hair.

• Full Sets: If you purchased a Pajama Set (Long/Short) or a Couple Set, all pieces of the set must be returned together. We do not accept partial returns for sets.

• Original Packaging: Items must have all original tags attached and be in their original packaging.  

2. RETURN PROCESS

To start a return, contact us at support@moodymidnight.com .  

• Do not send items back to the address on the shipping label. We will provide the specific return address once approved.

• Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.  

3. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

4. SMART RESOLUTION (PARTIAL REFUNDS)

Since international shipping can be expensive and time-consuming, we may offer a Partial Refund (30-50%) for you to keep the product. This is often the fastest way to resolve issues without the hassle of shipping.

5. DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong size/style so we can make it right.  

6. EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain items cannot be returned:

• Final Sale items or items purchased during a clearance event.  

• Gift cards.  

• Personal care items or hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., specific lingerie styles).  

7. EUROPEAN UNION & UK 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD

For customers in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The items must still be in their original, unworn condition with tags.  

8. REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
